Meet the Team


William Clare, PIEMA

Will has over 5 years of experience in energy and environmental management with roles in consultancy, data analytics, project management, sales, and product design.
He has worked for one of the largest energy suppliers in Europe, a UK-based environmental strategy firm, and a management consultancy firm specialising in energy. He is an Associate Member of the Energy Managers Association and Energy Institute.

In his spare time, Will helps run Students4Students, a national charity he co-founded and chairs.

Udeme Inyang-udoh 
Sustainability Consultant

Udeme is a recent graduate of Energy Engineering and Environmental Management. For his MSc dissertation, he collaborated with National Nuclear Laboratory Limited on advanced nuclear fuel performance modelling for the production of hydrogen – a sustainable fuel which is projected to drive the net-zero economy. He also has about 3 years of experience working in the built environment and energy industry in Nigeria.

Udeme will be supporting us in assessing energy, fuel, and emissions data for our clients to help them reach their net-zero targets. He will also be supporting in growing other areas of the

Emma Neudegg, MSc, AIEMA
Sustainability Consultant


Emma is a dedicated sustainability consultant, who is passionate about driving positive environmental and social change. She has over 5 years experience in sustainability, renewable energy and climate change science helping clients to set their sustainability goals, improve their performance, mitigate risk and comply with regulation. Emma's professional background spans multiple sectors and industries, as well as a range of organisations. She also has a keen focus on data analytics, reporting and project management.


Emma is an Associate Member of IEMA, the leading professional body for sustainability practitioners. She is also a STEM Ambassador with the aim of reaching more young people and girls, educating them on climate change and sustainability, and inspiring them into STEM careers.


In her spare time, Emma enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, travelling and reading psychology books.
